I KNOW BARTENDING!

MIXOLOGY: I know the names of drinks and their ingredients (and History) as well as how to mix them in their proper proportions for over fifty drinks; Dating back to the:
  • 00-20's The Cuba Libre The Rum and Coke Depression, and Prohibition
  • 40's The Kamikazee and World War II
  • 60's The Tequila Sunrise Visual Presentation
  • 80's The B-52's and layered pouse cafe' drinks 
  • 90's Sex and the Schnapps Generation

BEERS AND ALES: I've studied beers and ale's for a total of six months through out my life and know the basics. 

ENOLOGY: I am currently studying the art of WINES and WINE MAKING.  I expect to pursue this interest and learn this trade for the rest of my life. I enjoy sharing the fruits of my studies with anyone that wants something more than an alcoholic beverage.

THE FINER POINTS: A good bartender should always know your county ordinances for drinking, driving and serving as well as useful health tips such as a drinks: Carbohydrates, FATS and Sugars, Calories and a good guess at Biometrics (Alcohol to Body Mass/Weight index) 

I also have the unique ability to keep people from getting too drunk to drive but yet still have a great time!


I like standard naming conventions such as the "Slow, Comfortable Screw (Sloe Gin, Southern Comfort, Screw=Vodka and Enjoy Juice! ;-)
to the Sex on the Beach with Peach Schnaaps  or Vodka!


The COUNTERS I HAVE WORKED: 
  • ISLAND BARS: I like Island bars because of the adrenaline rush and the amount of people I can serve with all the the ingredients right at my finger tips. 
  • HORSE SHOE BARS:  are excellent when you need to serve food as well with a grill at the back window.
  • FRONT FACING BARS are great when you want to spend one on one time with your patrons as well as perform parlor tricks or 
  • SHOOTER BARS: Small fast serving sometimes mobile ways to help your patrons quickly get in the mood and start singing, dancing and laughing!
  • MARTINI BARS: Perfect if you already have a regular crowd that needs to forget about their daily routines and the stress of life that exists outside your establishment.

The ESTABLISHMENTS I have managed:

Ravers, Red Necks, Goths, Bankers, Doctors, lawyers, Actors, Judges, and EVERY nationality, race, creed and religion in between. 

I serve drinks fast and professionally, I wipe down counters while making it fun and entertaining to watch! And I provide good conversation every step of the way!
